Job Summary
Administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Demonstrates knowledge of policies and procedures, and the skills necessary to provide for the primary population of patients served in the department. Possesses the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient's status.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
Licensure: Current LPN license in KY and /or IL.
Certification(s):BLS certification required
Must have DL and current automobile insurance. Knowledge of HC/HP communication systems, equipment appropriate for patient care for spec. clinical dept.
