Physical Therapist – Mercy Fairfield Outpatient Clinic – Outpatient Physical Therapy Position
Job Description

Mercy Fairfield Physical Therapy is seeking a talented compassionate physical therapist committed to excellence. Mercy Outpatient Rehabilitation is a leader in evidenced based care for orthopedic, neurological, and medical specialty care. All therapists work closely with the talented orthopedic physicians, PCPs as well as other specialists here at Mercy Health. The treatment model is impairment based and focused on; a hands-on evidence-based care that is delivered on a one to one basis. Therapist are trained in the latest skills including, dry needling, manual therapy/manipulation, and advanced medical specialty training pending department needs.
Specifically, you’ll need:
To evaluate, plan, and implement Physical Therapy services using an impairment base approach according to the standards of practice, governing laws of the State of Ohio and facility and department policies and procedures
Current licensure as a physical therapist in Ohio
CPR certification
Orthopedic Certification Preferred
Manual Training or Certification Preferred
Ability to thrive in a team environment including, Physicians, PT’s, PTA’s and other rehab professionals.
Ability to educate patients, families, caregivers and patient treatment teams
Ability to manage a busy case load effectively.
